You Guojing

Director of Photography

You Guojing began working in film and video production in 2018, with experience in advertising, documentaries and brand content. His work focuses on the connections between people and culture. For heritage and local culture projects, he uses professional cameras and stabilisation systems to capture craftspeople’s techniques, expressions and everyday work, alongside drone footage that places cultural sites in their surroundings. As a long-term collaborating director of photography, he supports projects from visual planning through on-location filming.

Lin Xiao

Content Producer

With a background in creative industry management and social innovation, she focuses on cultural and artistic interventions in social issues. She explores contemporary expressions for intangible heritage and has experience in multimedia production and international coordination, aiming to make cultural content accessible and resonant.
